Its the standard CD player in my 57 plate focus, it looks the same as this one in the following link: http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?q=ford+focus+cd+player+6000CD+problems&um=1&hl=en&safe=off&biw=1366&bih=667&tbm=isch&tbnid=2qgcRCfFgp9itM:&imgrefurl=http://www.focusowners.com/forum/viewtopic.php%3Ff%3D74%26t%3D34321&docid=CWZa1_w-HJ2yEM&imgurl=http://www.phoenix2go.co.uk/foc/uploads/rsz_P6110686.jpg&w=704&h=528&ei=GRsxT7WsBsKV8QOOwqj5Bg&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=1066&vpy=264&dur=181&hovh=194&hovw=259&tx=137&ty=137&sig=113812179243244678650&page=2&tbnh=143&tbnw=209&start=18&ndsp=21&ved=1t:429,r:15,s:18 ...wow thats a big link... Anyway, basically I was listening to a cd this morning and every now and again it sort of stops any sound then starts again (as if the cd is scratched) i was thinking it was odd because it worked 2 days ago no sound blips etc.. anyway i changed to another cd (not a copied one, this time a real one) and again it skipped, i thought maybe the cd player part is messed up so i put the radio on and the same thing happens... I noticed however when it skipped for a longer period of time the display said "Phone" but I have no bluetooth connection, no phone plugged in, basically NOTHING that could lead to a phone etc... any ideas?!?!?...
