Open Question: Installing sub-woofers in a truck...?

I have a 2003 Ford F350 Lariat Turbo Diesel (Crew Cab and Long Bed) I have put +$6,000 into it and now I am onto the stereo system, this is what I need help with. I want to buy sub-woofers and have them installed under the rear seats, what would be the best subs to buy for a truck of this size, and how much would it cost to have them installed.
